Three colours candy

For all the people who are following me outside my country or just don't speak portuguese, here's another receipe in english!

Three colours candy
 
Ingredients:  
- 1 can of  cooked condensed milk; 
- 4 egg whites;
- 4 spoons of sugar
- 125g of sugar;
- 5dl of milk;
- 2 spoons of cornflour;
- 2 egg yolks;
- powdered sugar and cinnamon; 

Preparation:
Beat the egg whites and after being solid, add the 4 spoons of sugar and mix a little more. Put the condensed milk in a form and the egg whites above. Put in the oven until the whites look gold.

Meanwhile put in the stove the 125g of sugar with the milk, the cornflour and the yolks. Mix all without stopping until is thickned. After being cool, cover the whites with this creamy mixture.
Sprinkle with powdered sugar and cinnamon and after bring cold put in the fridge.
