Easter Cake

Despite the hard times we are going through, Easter without a sweet and tasty cake, isn't the same!

Ingredients:

- 3 eggs;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 1 cup of cacao;
- 1,5 cups of warm milk;
- 2 cups of all purpose flour;
- 1 tbsp of yeast;
- 1 teaspoon of vanilla flavor;

Decoration:
- 150g of dark chocolate (for culinary);
- 1,5 dl of heavy cream;
- strawberries and blueberries;
- 100g of white chocolate, broken into small squares;


Preparation:

Whisk the egg whites. Slowly add the yolks and the sugar, mixing well after each addition. Add the warm milk and whisk again.

Finally add the vanilla, the cacao, the yeast and the flour, mixing everything carefully and gently.

Put it in a train, and take to the oven for approximately 30-45 min (or until it's dry inside).

Melt the dark chocolate and add the heavy cream.
After removing from the over, let the cake cool down a little, and spread the cream over it.

Decorate with the fruits and white chocolate (or other decoration you prefer).
