High on taste but not on calories!
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of oatmeal;
- 2 tbsp of cinnamon;
- 7 tbsp of Brown sugar;
- 6 tbsp of melted butter;
- 2 tbsp of all purpose flour;
- 1 apple cut in small pieces, with the skin;
Preparation:
Mix the oatmeal, with 1 tbsp of cinnamon and 6 of brown sugar. Add the butter and the flour, mixing well.
Put in a cupcakes tray, filling all of the cupcakes.
Mix the apple with the remaining tbsp of sugar and cinnamon. Divide it by the cupcakes, and cover it with the rest of the oatmeal mix.
Take to the oven for approximately 20-25 minutes
