Keeping the healthy recipes, what about some cupcakes with no eggs, no flour especially no sugar but....with lots of tasty flavor!
Ingredients:
- 1 ripe banana;
- 3 tbsp of honey;
- 1 tsp of vanilla flavor;
- 1 tbsp of cinnamon;
- 1,5 cups of oatmeal;
- a pinch of salt;
Cream:
- 1 big greek yogurt;
- strawberry (or other flavor you want) jam;
Preparation:
Smash the banana. Add the honey, the vanilla and the cinnamon, mixing after every addition.
Join the oatmeal and the salt and mix very well.
Put the mixture into cupcakes shapes, in order to cover just the bottom and the sides, in the shape of a basket. Put them in the freeze for 1 hour.
After that, take to oven for approximately 30min at 180º.
Once cooked, rake from the oven and let cool down.
In a bowl, mix the yogurt with the jam, and put the cream in the basket.
PS: I made some mixing yogurt with cocoa powder.
