Christmas Cake with Vanilla

The season is coming, and it's impossible to celebrate it without a cake or other dessert.
Here it is the last cake I did before I came home on Holidays!

Ingredients:
- 3 eggs;
- 4 Tablespoons of butter;
- 2 cups of sugar;
- vanilla flavour (at your taste);
- 1/3 cup of water;
- 3 cups of flour;
- 3 dl of cream;

Cover:
- 200g of chocolate for culinary;
- 2 dl of cream;
- chocolate for decoration;

Preparation:

Mix the eggs with the butter and the sugar until an homogeneous cream is obtained. Add the water and mix again.
Add the flour in alternation with the cream, mixing carefully.
Finally add the vanilla flavour.
Take it to the oven and, after being cooked and took from the shape, cover it with the cream previously prepared:

Melt the chocolate in water bath, and after being fully melted, take from the fire, join the cream and cover the cake.

Finally, decorate at your own taste!
