Ingredients:
- 2 cups of all-purpose flour;
- 2 cups of sugar;
- 1/5 cup of cocoa powder;
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder;
- 1,5 tea spoons of sodium bicarbonate;
- 1 tea spoon of salt;
- 1 tea spoon of espresso;
- 1 cup of milk;
- ½ cups of oil;
- 2 eggs;
- 1,5 tea spoons of vanilla flavor;
- 1 cup of boiling water;
For the cream:
- 1 can of condensed chocolate milk;
- 2 eggs;
- 100ml of milk;
- 1 tea spoon of corn flour;
Preparation:
Mix the flour with the sugar, the cocoa powder, the baking powder, the bicarbonate, the salt and the espresso.
Add the milk, the oil, the eggs and the vanilla, mixing well after every addition, until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.
Add slowly the hot water, and mix with less intensity for about 1 minute.
Put in the cake pan and take to oven, already hot.
When cooked take from the oven, and let cool down.
In the meanwhile, prepare the cream:
Mix all the ingredients, and take to the stove, mixing until thicken and obtaining the desired creamy texture.
After being cold, spread over the cake.
And it’s ready to enjoy!
