Chocolate Star

It has been a while since my last post in english. So, to honor all my non-portuguese speaking friends, here it is: another recipe in english!!!

Chocolate Star

Ingredients:

- 5 eggs;
- 2 cups of tea of white suggar;
- 2 tablespoons of vanilla extract;
- 1 cup of tea of cocoa powder;
- 1/2 cup of tea of boiling water;
- 3 cups of tea of all purpose flour;
- 2 tablespoons of baking powder;
- grated coconut

Preparation:

Whisk the egg whites and add the egg yolks, the suggar, the vanilla extract, the cocoa and the water, mixing after each addition.
Add the flour and the baking powder, mixing very well. Pour the mixture into a greased and floured star cake pan and bake it in the oven.
After cooked, sprinkle with grated coconut.
