Creamy chocolate cake

Since I had many requests from the friends I met abroad, here's a recipe in English. In any language, this cake is delicious.


Ingredients:
- 1 cup of flour;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 1/2 cup of semi-skimmed milk;
- 3 tablespoons of cocoa powder; 
- 1/2 tablespoon of yeast;
- 3 eggs;
- Chocolate cream;

Preparation:

Whisk the egg whites well. Add the egg yolks and sugar and beat some more.

Add the flour, cocoa powder, baking powder, milk and mix them etween each addition. Grease and sprinkle a form for cakes. Once cooked, remove, let cool and cover with chocolate cream and decorate according to your taste.

 
 


PS: The chocolate cream is my especial recipe which I will not reveal. However, you can use any kind of chocolate cream.
