Ingredients:
- 2 eggs;
- 1 cup peanut butter;
- 3 tbsp of all purpose flour;
- pinch of cinnamon;
- pinch of ginger powder;
- 1 tea spoon of baking powder;
Preparation:
Mix the bananas with the eggs. Add the peanut butter, the cinnamon, ginger powder whisking well. Finish by adding the flour and the baking powder.
Take to the oven and bake it for about 30-45 minutes.
After colling down, you can decorate with greek yogurt, strawberries and walnuts.
