Oatmeal banana-bread

 A lighter and healthier version of the famous banana-bread, but still very delicious.


Ingredients:

- 3 eggs;

- 3 ripped bananas;

- 7 tbsp of oatmeal;

- 3 tbsp of wholemeal flour;

- 1 small spoon of cinnamon;

- 1 small spoon of baking soda;

- blueberries

- 200g of dark chocolate (minimum 70%  cacao) 



Preparation:

Smash the bananas with a fork. Add the eggs and whisk well.

Add the rest rest of the ingredients, mixing gently after each addition. Finally, add the blueberries. Put the dough in a tray, break the chocolate in big pieces and put it over the dough.

Take the dough to the oven for around 40-50 min, or until it's fully cooked.
