Ingredients:
- 5 eggs;
- 1 cup of sugar;
- 1 + 1/3 cup of all purpose flour;
- 5 tbsp of olive oil;
- 1 cup of milk;
- 4 tbsp of cocoa powder;
Cream:
- 1 can of condensed milk;
- 1 tbsp of butter;
- 3 tbsp of cocoa powder;
- 1dl of heavy cream;
Preparation:
Mix the eggs with the sugar. Add the olive oil, the cocoa, the milk and finally the flour, stiring well after each addition.
Take to the oven, for at least 45 min.
After the cake is ready, prepare the cream.
Take a pan to the heat, mixing all the ingredients. Stir in medium/lower heat, until it's possible to see the bottom of the pan, while mixing.
Take from the stove, let rest for a couple of minutes, and cover the cake already cooler.
