Ingredients:
- 2 eggs;
- 1 cup of oil;
- 1 cup of milk (any type of milk is accepted);
- 2 cups of wheat flour;
- 1,5 cups of white sugar;
- 5 tbsp of chocolate powder;
- 1 tbsp of yeast;
Cream:
- 50g of chocolate for culinary;
- 4 tbsp of milk;
- nuts
Preparation:
In a big bowl, put the flour and the chocolate powder. Mix well and add the sugar. Reserve.
In another bowl, mix the eggs, the milk and the oil. Add this mixture to the previous one, and involve carefully. After that, add the yeast.
Put the mixture in a cake shape, previously greased with butter and chocolate powder.
Take to oven for around 40 minutes.
Prepare the cream: melt the chocolate and add the milk. Cover the cake, and decorate it with nuts.
