Double chocolate pleasure

Here it starts a new phase of recipes!
And of course enjoying lots of chocolate in the first one!



Dark chocolate cream


Ingredients:
- 1/2 can of condensed milk;  
- 100g of milk chocolate;
- 1dl of heavy cream;
- 3dl of milk;
- 2 tb spoons of corn flour;

Preparation:
Put a pan in the stove, adding all the ingredients by the order above, mixing after each addition.
Keep mixing until it will boil.
Remove from the heat and let it cool down.

White chocolate cream

Ingredients:
- 1/2 can of condensed milk;
- 100g of white chocolate;
- 1dl of heavy cream;
- 3dl of milk;
- 2tb spoons of corn flour;


Preparation:
Put a pan in the stove, adding all the ingredients by the order above, mixing after each addition.
Keep mixing until it will boil.
Remove from the heat and let it cool down.


Assembly of the layers

Ingredients:
- Dark chocolate cream;
- White chocolate cream;
- Simple cookies;
- Milk;

Preparation:
Put the milk in a bowl, emerge the cookies there one by one, and make a first layer in the recipient where the dessert will be make.
Cover with a layer of white cream.
Cover with another layer of cookies emerged in the milk, and then a layer of the dark cream.
Repeat this process until all the creams where used, trying to finalize with the dark cream.
Take it to the freezer for 2 hours and then to the fridge for another 2 hours.


Cover cream

Ingredients:
- Decorative cookies;
- 25-30g of white chocolate;

Preparation:
Melt the with chocolate.
Take the dessert from the fridge, cover it with the decorative cookies and finalize with the white chocolate.
